Not only does Benjamin Franklin Plumbing come with a great experience but Douglas in his own personal time travels the state to teach and help other plumbers.

It is working great since 2013.
Recently I had a leak with my water softener system (which they did not install) the filter housing was bad they came the next morning first thing. I noticed the day after a cosmetic crack on the top of the new housing, no leaks but they were very responsive and came back quickly within my schedule and replaced the housing a second time quickly and of course no charge. I have relied on this Company many years and highly recommend them.

I left a request on the website on Saturday evening and first thing Monday morning I was called and the appointment was set up for 45 minutes later. Both plumbers in uniform and took care to cover their feet before entering the house. A little expensive but that comes with the professional manner in which they conducted business. I have used the same plumber since the early 80's but he no longer has his company, so when he said that this was the company to go with, I trusted him.

(July 11, 2018, 12:38 pm)Really an excellent company but be ready for the price. If you want top quality service and are willing to pay for it, this is the company. Our plumber was wonderful. Knew exactly what needed to be done and completed the job in a clean and professional way. Again, excellent service, comes right away and gets the job done.....But be ready to pay a high price. Ouch.
