The staff at this office are SO helpful and kind. I specifically had a positive encounter with Nicky - who was SO nice and helped me obtain a COVID documentation of recovery letter for travel. I really appreciated her quick help (received the letter all within one afternoon) and her attention to detail. She was very understanding and did an excellent job. I travelled smoothly and had no issues! Thank you again Nicky!

I would personally like to thank Nurse Nicky for helping me and being a great professional that she is, I would give her a 10 stars but that does show on the reviews. Her manager should read this and know that she goes above and beyond to help people and you should reward her for her professionalism. I was in a very bad place and needed a covid test in order to have a procedure for the following. She help me big time ! Thank you Nicky and also Dr. Manuel. Thank you very grateful!

I was very impressed with my office visit, the staff was very nice and comforting, everyone was polite and very professional....... Dr. Yardena was also very helpful and informative!!!! Hi my first time at this urgent care and my experience was great. Dr Cox was amazing and friendly can't complaint. Also the MA Christian who was also very polite and friendly,I would definitely let my family and friends know about this urgent care.
