(May 8, 2018, 1:25 pm)My 92 year old dad was admitted with pneumonia. The his nurse on the South side was Jen during the day. She was always willing to listen to my concerns. Twice reaching out to MD for medication changes. The rehab department was dynamic. Willing to change rehab times to allow for my dad to have all his needs met. During this time my family had an out of state vacation planned. We went knowing he would be in good hands. The physician assistant even gave me his private phone number. We returned home to find my dad independently walking with his rollator. Able to perform his daily routines by himself. A few days later he returned home to independent living.

(May 4, 2018, 8:20 pm)My father is there right now.....I had doubts....but they did everything that I asked for....I have the nurse practioners personal phone number...for any questions....I have conference call to discuss my Dad's progress....my advice is if you have an issue, speak to someone higher up, they will help you......Great facility.....I recommend them highly.
