She is very patient and kind. I even felt very comfortable in the explanation of surgery. Going through surgery and being a success i followed the post recovery instructions. I was recommended to Reds / Dr. Akhtar by a top 15 spine surgeon in NJ. The office staff is extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They call almost every week after surgery to check on you and make sure everything is okay. Dr. Akhtar is excellent. He takes the time to examine you and discuss your issues / concerns before reading your x-ray / CT scan / MRI results. His findings were consistent with my MRI results. He answers all your questions and is very calm and encouraging after surgery and during your rehabilitation process.

I got to know Dr. Syed very well, and she even helped to treat a nasty nail fungus I had under my nails. Her office is amazing, with a digital x-ray machine in one room. Within seconds my x-rays were up and on a screen! A fast and reliable way to diagnose everything that is wrong with my feet. Having played several years of soccer, my feet were in major need of help!
