George, the guy that cut my hair was very professional and gave me exactly what I asked for.The guy that welcomed my lady and I was very polite. Everyone who works there had a client on their chairs and seemed to be regular customers. Having a laugh, listening to music and handling their business. I highly recommend UPSCALE CUTS.
