(November 29, 2018, 10:32 am)When my husband discovered a leak at the shutoff valve in the main bath we dreaded having to make calls to find a plumber. Two companies sent us directly to voice mail. Only Harris answered the phone. My husband spoke to a very nice young lady who told us they could be out to our home the very next day between 8 -10 am. If you've ever had to get work done on your home you know this isn't the norm with trades people.
This morning we received a call telling us that they were on the way. Alex was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He was straightforward with the work needed and got the job done in a timely manner. We were so impressed with our experience that we signed up for the service partner program.
Oh and those other two companies we called? One said it would be $89.95 just to come to the house PLUS $90 for the diagnostic. Seriously? Ninety bucks just for you to drive to our home? The second company has yet to return our call.
We're really glad that we chose Harris and highly recommend them if you're in need of service. -

(October 24, 2018, 5:27 pm)I would like to thank Alex our service technician for a job well done. Alex is very knowledgeable and very professional at his job. After replacing our gas hot water heater and supply lines, he went above and beyond his duty and not only explained but also showed me some very important information about our new water heater, information I did not know. He also pointed out some other areas in our plumbing that we are going to have to fix soon. I would like to again say thanks to Alex and everyone at Harris Plumbing for all your help and support. We will be using your services again.
