  It all started with a back injury that turned out to be more challenging than what we expected. I had a half marathon a few weeks ahead and with a bad prognosis. She not only accepted the challenge of treating all my pains. She actually got me ready and made it possible. I would definitely not have made it if it wasn’t for her. She is very precise and dedicated to each patient, really willing to help and get us in a better shape. Erin is also amazing and the atmosphere is great. Super highly recommended 🤩

  Working through my back surgery recovery with Dr. Paul has been a wonderful experience! Her diligence and partnership in pursuing the best options for PT is incredible. Dr. Paul attunes to each client with compassion, yet also knows when to push a little harder and garners great results. I'm very thankful for her work.

  I’m glad I chose Mettle Physical Therapy when I injured my shoulder. Dr. Paul has been very helpful and I am doing much better. She is a very competent and attentive physical therapist, an excellent communicator and always has an encouraging and cheerful disposition. The facility is always well organized and immaculately clean. All equipment is disinfected after use. Her assistant, Erin, is helpful and kind. I like the friendly, personal service environment that this facility provides over the institutional feel of some larger facilities. I highly recommend Mettle Physical Therapy.

  I have had a great experience with this facility and the staff members over the last several months. Dr. Paul has an exceptional attitude. She is sincere and passionate about solving our issues. She goes the extra mile and spends extra time to make sure that our issues are resolved and we are satisfied with the services. I have been to other physical therapy places where people are more commercial about our visits, and who just clock us in and out with minimal personal attention. Dr. Paul gives personal attention to each person, and she works extremely hard to genuinely provide great treatment. I highly recommend this place to everyone. With the pandemic, many people are having issues with legs, back, neck and shoulders. Most of the time your insurance company will support you. We generally go for physical therapy when we get hurt. However, I realized that when your body is not in a good shape because of your stressful work and other reasons, you can avail the opportunity to visit a physical therapist and get your issues fixed. Take care of yourselves.
  
  Dr. Paul is incredible. I cannot say enough about her exceptional capabilities and knowledge that she possesses in this field. She is the best!

  If you are looking for a place to do your physical therapy, this is it!
  I cannot speak highly enough of Mettle Physical Therapy.
  Dr. Paul is the Best!!
  She is incredibly knowledgeable, and one of the most caring and empathetic doctors I have ever met. She truly understands & cares about your pain. Her expertise shows through her work and I appreciate the clear explanation she provides with every step of my recovery.
  The facility utilizes the most effective and up-to-date equipment which is continuously cleaned and sanitized. The staff is always warm and welcoming.
  I am thankful to have found this place!
