  I have been working with Tom for nearly 10 years. Tom's expertise and dedication to his craft are impressive. He's constantly challenging me to do 'a bit more' and this has helped me be in the best shape of my life (even fitter than I was in my 20s and 30s). His easy style and friendly manner are perfect for working with all sorts of people. He is patient and demanding at the same time. Working out is 'almost fun' (well, let's not get too carried away). I highly recommend him as a personal training no matter what shape you are in -- Tom will be able customize a workout that will be challenging enough to make you feel like you are accomplishing something, yet do-able enough so you don't feel like quitting.

  Working with Tom the past 18 months at TGFIT has been great. I'm in the best shape of my life. Tom cares about his clients, is passionate about his work and nails all the little details while working with each individual's needs and abilities. He encourages you during sets and always provides tips for getting things right. He'll also work with you on your diet. He's an easy choice for a trainer.
