  After living on her own in her senior apartment for 15 years, my 92-year old stepmom moved to Brandywine Middlebrook in April 2018. While she reluctantly agreed to "try it out", she soon realized that it was the right decision for her. At Middlebrook, she gets the assistance and support she needs with physical activities, food and medication management from the caring and understanding people on staff there. She now tells everyone, "This is where I need to be!"

  My mother in law has been a resident of Brandywine Assisted Living
  Middlebrook Crossing since late 2017. It has been a positive
  experience for her. She loves the meals and looks forward to seeing
  what’s on the menu every day. She always loved to cook and has a
  chance to show her skills during the cooking demonstrations. It is
  wonderful to see her interact with the staff and other residents. The
  daily activities keep her mind strong and keep her moving with
  physical activity. When we go to her room it is always spotless. The
  staff always attends to her needs. She told me today everyone is so
  nice and they make her feel very comfortable. She also said this place
  would be wonderful for a few of her friends who are home alone. We
  would highly recommend Brandywine Assisted Living Middlebrook Crossing
  to anyone in need of elder care. A BIG thank you to the hardworking
  staff!!!!

  My father moved into Brandywine/Bridgewater 2 months ago today. The decision was difficult as my father is 95. That being said, the facility has been nothing but fantastic. The staff has been very understanding and receptive to dad's needs. Activities are varied and he has been participating in many of them. As far as food-quality of food has been great. I'm glad we made this move for my dad-it's been super.

  Recommended by a friend who's family memberS have been there for over 3 yrs. My mom is there now and it is beyond good. Caring and happy staff make for a happy resident. PS: It is so rare for me to take the time to write reviews.

  My parents have been residents for over a year and I can't say enough about the care they have received and the support given to myself and my family. Everyone from senior administration to the nursing, dining, cleaning, etc., staff are always friendly, concerned, caring, knowledgeable, and supportive. I know if I have a concern or question I can approach them in person if I happen to be there or call any time of day or night and they are always very receptive. For example, I have had numerous communications with the nursing staff and they are wonderful. My parents are treated with respect and they truly enjoy the entire staff at Brandywine. The facility itself is lovely and meticulously maintained and clean. There is a cheerful and upbeat feeling when you come through the front door, beginning with the person who sits at the front desk. Another aspect that sets this facility apart from the other assisted living facilities in the area is the lovely courtyard with koi pond and fountain. Residents who enjoy the outdoors can feel free to come and go outside and enjoy beautiful weather, and their families don't have to worry that they might wander off, as the courtyard is enclosed on all sides by the wings of the building. The courtyard is also the site of summer barbecues and live musical performances. My parents have found favorite activities since becoming residents, such as the guest musicians on Fridays and the walking club. After visiting my parents, I always leave feeling grateful I don't have to worry about their safety or well being. They have made friends and appreciate the care they get and the sense of security they feel at Brandywine.
