They were kind, reasonable and thorough when it came to helping us pick the perfect set! My mother also purchased a chain for my husband as a wedding gift, as well as multiple silver Ganesha coins. We worked with Smita and communicated regularly regarding anything that came up with our order. She was accommodating and flexible through the entire process. We had a great experience – highly recommend!
