  All I can say is, they went above and beyond their call of duty for me. And they brought so much joy to my backyard. Very professional . Appreciate you much jimmy and Tim .thanks for the joy you brought to my house in Jackson NJ.

  I live in Highland Park and needed an outdoor fountain Called and left a message with Fitz's Fish Ponds, who I found doing an internet search. Tim the sales manager called me back very soon after and came by to take a look; said he needed to return with an extra person to disassemble the fountain and take a look inside (it is VERY heavy!). Returned less than a week later, diagnosed the issue and had it fixed and running that day. Tim called the next day to make sure all was well. Nice to receive such prompt and professional service; not easy to come by these days! I will be using their services in future for all my fountain needs. Highly recommend.

  If you need your Pond Serviced or your thinking about having a Pond installed. Fitz is the place to call ask for Tim. Fitz takes Pond creations to an all new level of excellence. Fitz offers everything for your Pond. Koi, Plants landscaping. I had Tim come and designed a Pond and landscape that is Spectacular . All my friends and neighbors are just amazed at what can be done with a pond. I have only Fitz service my Pond. The staff is professional and knowledgeable and very pleasant. I wish all my service people would take a lesson from Fitz. They are the pros.

  WOW! I was blown away by Tim's responsiveness, expertise and professionalism. Other companies were flakes, did not know what they were talking about and/or tried to charge ridiculous amounts of money. Fitz's and Tim were extremely fair in their pricing and the service could not have been anymore EXCELLENT! Well done! If you have pond needs, these are definitely your guys.

  Fitz’s was great! Beautiful work and fantastic customer service. Brian is always easy to reach, calls back in a timely manner and is very professional. The guys who replaced our pond were wonderful as well. Very satisfied with the entire experience!
