  I’ve had horrible back pain for over 7 years, andI ignored it because a lifetime of migraines conditioned me to do so. Last year I tried a chiropractor... no results. This year I got a CT scan and discovered I have several bulging discs. Same as my mother who ended up getting very invasive back surgery. I’m too young for that and want to avoid that at all costs.
  A friend referred me to Alison for acupuncture. I had immediate results and she also addressed other areas of my body that needed attention. With weekly to biweekly treatments, I am almost completely pain free. And she’s also put me on rounds of Chinese herbs that have been custom blended for my needs.
  Recently, I unfortunately hurt my back doing a deadlift at the gym, and I was in the worst pain ever. With one text, she scheduled me an immediate appointment and I had tremendous relief from the pain. And with one more session I was back to being pain free.
  No more bandaids to mask the pain. No more drugs or injections that only treat the symptoms, not the cause ☯️

  I started to visit Alison for treatment of specific issues but I soon came to understand that accupuncture
  treats the whole person. My well being both physical and emotional have been so enhanced. I believe that Alison is a truly talented practitioner but it is her serene nature that allows me to benefit beyond my imagining.

  Ali has helped me so much with acupuncture over the years! I am always recommending her to people. I saw her throughout my two last pregnancies. During that time, in addition to helping with general pregnancy wellness, she used acupuncture to help me turn a breech baby and to help me get labor going after my water broke and I wasn't having many contractions. My labor ended up going very swiftly once real contractions started!
  
  More recently, Ali has helped me tremendously with insomnia, anxiety and PPD. I also have noticed that acupuncture is helping me to avoid some of the fogginess of being on anti-depressants.
  
  She has a soothing, compassionate acupuncture practice. She is always willing to discuss Chinese medicine in more detail.
  
  I recently went to Ali for "cupping" for the first time. Wow! Very relaxing. I highly recommend cupping if you are anxious and holding tension in your back and shoulders!!

  Alison is the only practitioner I have seen in the two years battling neck and shoulder pain that made the connection between the mental and physical self and is able to treat the whole person. She listens and truly cares about her patients. I recommend Alison to everyone and anyone- I can’t begin to express what she done for my quality of life.
