Ya Ya Noodles Chinese Restaurant

My son and I went there for lunch yesterday and were very impressed. We were greeted quickly and served hot tea and fried noodles with duck sauce.
My son remarked "Wait we get this stuff for free? this is awesome!"
The general tso's chicken had just the right amount of spice and had beautiful tender white meat.
The servers were very friendly and competent, I'm certainly going there again. The lunch specials were great value for the money.

All service staff members were super welcoming. Our server Wendy was very attentive. This is a true gem of a restaurant in Central Jersey. You definitely don't need to drive to NYC for the tase of a good bowl of hand pulled noodles. My Wife and I both ordered the Bieng Bieng Noodles and Shrimp Cucumber Sushi. All the dishes had been prepared with great care and flavor. We will definitely be back.

Half the menu is Chinese and the other is Japanese (former Sushi John restaurant). Each side is prepared totally differently because it was a merger between restaurants. I love the Japanese menu and my parents love the Chinese side, so it's a win-win for us. Great to have the variety!
