  I rarely if ever give ratings, let alone a 5 star one to boot. I have been a Retro Fitness member for 7 years. Even though I have a location closer to my home, I prefer the one in Raritan. The staff there are so professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and very attentive. The gym itself is always in working order, and clean. Machines never have a long down time if broken, but keep in mind sometimes parts need to be placed on order, and this falls out of the hands of the manager. I hope that the owner keeps the current manager, because she is so amazing, and keeps the gym running like clock work. Lastly, you won't regret working out here, and making it your home gym as I did.

  By far the best retro fitness near my place, (somerset county) clean and the staff are friendly. The kind of workout facility that you’ll be very much comfortable on your workouts.

  Feedback/Compliment for staff member personal trainer Melissa known as (Baby-Gains training). As a certified personal trainer, I will say that Melissa is definitely an elite personal trainer. You can't help notice when she is training her clients because you not only she her professionalism in action but also see her clients genuinely enjoy their workouts.
  
  If you are in need of a personal trainer, you would be a fool not use her. I would highly recommend her as she has a contagious and an overly positive attitude towards what she does. These traits are extremely rare and Retro is extremely lucky to have someone like her.

  I've been going to this Retro for about 2 years now and just recently signed up for personal training. The gym is great, the gym is always clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The personal trainers are great. My trainer Melissa is fantastic. Thanks to her I'm always anxious to get back in the gym. I recommend this gym and signing up for training to all my friends. Worth every penny!
