I can't say enough good things about this practice. I left my former dentist of 14 years for Warren Dental Design after receiving two of their mailers. When I called them on a Tuesday for a cleaning, they scheduled me for my first visit two days later on Thursday. When I arrived at the office for an 8am appointment and waited in the lobby, I was greeted by two hygienists and Dr. Grob as they came in to the office for the day. I received x-rays, a thorough cleaning and had a great visit. The office is clean, modern and the staff is incredibly professional and friendly. The best part about them is that they accept most insurance and I didn't have to pay for anything out of pocket. I couldn't be more pleased to have Dr Grob's office be my new dentist going forward.
I've been coming to this dentist for a few years now and never had anything but top-shelf service. The team is courteous and professional. It's a bit of a pain to get there now that I moved about an hour away, but they're too good to go anywhere else. 100% would recommend.
Dr. Grob and his staff go out of their way to make the visit to the dentist is as pleasurable as humanly possible. Both my mother & I rely on him for high quality & compassionate care. Sherri is also a very good hygenist. We appreciate their work.
Our first time there, Very thorough and great tips for daily oral care. Marilyn and the staff were very courteous, friendly and professional. The hygienist Ashley did an awesome job with xrays and cleaning. Dr. Grob is a very good dentist who gives you honest advice and has a clean well organized office and high tech equipment definitely recommend them! Came back for the second time to finish work and everything went great!!
Arrived early for my appointment and they took me in right away. Front desk staff is very welcoming and friendly.
