I have trained with Tom for three years and must admit that was hugely beneficial to me. Not only have I lost a bit of weight, but I feel much better on a day-to-day basis; physically-sharp and rested, thanks to the custom training programs Tom has created for me.

My trainer Tom was incredibly friendly and tailored each workout towards the individual. When I started with him, we talked about my goals and the best path forward to achieve them. Each week, he came prepared with a plan for me to work on when I got there and for what to do at home. I had been looking for a long time for a personal trainer that genuinely comes prepared and follows your goals as closely as he does, and I definitely would recommend the facility and Tom to anyone looking.

I’ve worked with trainers for years and Tom has been wonderful to work out with. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, relaxed, and comfortable to work with. Tom guides you each step of the way and providing useful advice and tips throughout that carry over to my workouts at home. On top of all this, he works with my ability level to help me achieve my goals. You can tell that Tom cares about his clients and puts a plan in place to help you with your long term goals and objectives. He abides by the principle that health and nutrition are a way of life and not just a thing that you pick up occasionally as a quick fix to feel better temporarily. I have trained with Tom for over 15 years while he was located in NYC at New York Health and Racket Club, Equinox and several smaller facilities in NYC.

Tom is by far the best personal trainer in the industry. Tom always continued to challenge me during our sessions and always ensured that I used proper form. Tom always stayed current with the latest advances and trends in fitness.

My in-laws have used Tom for over 10 years and introduced us... we've been using him for nearly a year and have since gotten our son and my folks into training with him. That's 7 in our family- ages 24-82. All with different personalities, body types, interest levels, fitness levels, injuries, and enthusiasm. We all do individual training and he is able to encourage and motivate and push each of us in a way that works for us.
