The audiologist, Ryan Lupin, quickly explained the process, tested my hearing, and within an hour determined what type of hearing aid I needed, how much my insurance would cover and put me at ease about my fears of a huge copay.
A week later Ryan fitted me with the perfect hearing aid for my hearing loss, taught me about maintaining my hearing aid and assured me that he would make any and all possible adjustments.
