I have been training at SCMMA for quite a bit of time now and haven't had one regret about joining the gym. Jim Fitzpatrick is a great and well qualified instructor and really takes the time to help you excel in MMA. Apart from that you can learn real life self defense or just get a good workout to get in good shape. Overall I would recommend this gym to anyone who wanted to compete, get in shape, or learn self defense. If you were considering any of the above this is THE gym to do it.
I have been training at SCMMA for about 3 months now and i plan on being there for a lot longer. The couches are great and the people are all down to earth. It's a great place if you are looking to get fit and learn how to defend yourself.
didn't know what to expect going into my first day of Maui Thai but as soon as I entered the room I felt welcome. Jim Fitzpatrick is not only a very knowledgeable and skilled trainer, but he makes sure everyone understands and is comfortable before moving on. All of the other members in the class were also a huge help in learning what to do and from the start of class until the time we walked out the doors everyone was smiling and joking. I highly recommend SCMMA to everyone, especially anyone who isn't quite sure about mixed martial arts. Thanks again Jim and everyone else.

I have been training here for a little over two months. The coaches are very knowledgeable and with with all age groups and ability groups. Since I have started training here I have lost about 20 pounds. I enjoy going to this gym everyday not only are the coaches good but the people that go here are all down to earth. If you are looking to compete, lose weight, learn self defense or just looking to get in shape this is the place to go.
I have been training at Sussex County MMA since it first opened and have loved every minute of it. Everyone is welcoming and supportive, but the training is realistic and will give you a great workout. Definitely check these guys out!
