Under fantastic new management. Very knowledgeable staff and friendly service. It seems like they care more about the customers than their own business and since the change of ownership its been greatly improved. They can be trusted to do the right thing.

Found out that the Discount Tire Centers in Byram had opened a new location here with new owners and immediately called them to get a quote on new tires for my car, had only great experiences at the Byram location and this new Andover location is no different, except even more conveniently located for me. The staff was friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful and were able to give me a great price on 4 new tires for my car and even got them installed for me in the same week (around my work schedule!) before I needed to leave on a road trip. Absolutely thrilled with the service I received and will definitely return when the time comes!

Under new ownership. The young lady at the front is very helpful and pleasant. The gentleman who did the true change is very polite and quick. Dont let the past reputation of this location effect your decision to come here
