The staff was great and helpful. The room #210, has some issues that lowers the satisfaction of staying at a Hilton hotel. Most of the issues were concentrated at the shower. From broken and stained tiles to sloppy caulking at the tub and around faucet (which it was loose). The sink water pressure was minimal even after manually opening the keys all the way.

Very nice and friendly hotel. We stayed one night over the Labor Day holiday. We were greeted by very nice staff, our room was very clean and comfortable. The pool was nice and clean. I purchased the room with the breakfast option. The breakfast was great. Every staff member we talked to was very friendly and always happy to help or answer questions. The hotel is is in a great spot, near many restaurants and shopping locations.

I'm a huge fan of HGI and its my first choice when I travel. How can they get any better? This location has elevated the bar. Top notch! Great location, great amenities, beautiful hotel. Staff was great as well.
