INDUSTRY Restaurant + Bar

Industry is a fun place, the atmosphere is great and the food was very good. Do note, it is pricey. Not out of line compared to other comparable restaurants but it isn't inexpensive. Sandwiches and burgers are moderately priced but entrees are high. They do include a vegetable which other steak houses don't so that is nice.
I had rhe pork chop which was very tasty. My husband had a steak and he did say it was one of the best he has had.
The seafood app was expensive but was good. The wings were tasty too.

We had a very enjoyable date night here! The warm and industrial atmosphere is excellent, with lots to look at.
The service was great and food came out quicker than expected considering how busy it was and how new the place is.
The menu is fun and creative with great drinks and unique ingredients. We got the Chilean Sea bass and Confit Bacon Wrapped Scallops; both we found were excellent. Best white fish I've had yet in NJ!
The Hard Cider Waffle dessert was huge and full of flavor.

UPDATE:
Came back and had an equally enjoyable experience as the first time. The Chimichurri Steak and the Lump Crab Cakes were amazing. Our friend had the NY Strip from the butcher cuts menu and that was next level. Service was quick, friendly, and helpful!

We had a delicious burger and fries, was really good. The atmosphere was really nice, our server was super, I asked him about the Restaurant, and how it came to be. He was able to provide the answers. On the way out we even met the owner who was very nice.

I would have given a five star review, but our dessert experience was not 100%.

We ordered a yummy sounding carrot cake slice to share. Looked like a work of art, nice presentation.

When we got home we cut it in half, and sat down for an end of day treat. The cake was dry and lacked flavor, the icing was delicious and the candied walnuts, we really appreciated, along with the lemon curd on the side.

I was a bakery for over a decade, I would add some spice to the cake, chop up the candied walnuts and add them to the batter, along with apple sauce, raisins and fresh shredded carrots. You have delicious icing and the lemon curd on the side really adds a nice burst.

Overall the restaurant is very nice, good food, good service, pricy, and owner is really nice. We definitely come back again 😊

First time there. Service was great "Thank you Johnny" food was excellent. They have a fried calamari salad on the menu but you can for just the fried calamari and the sauce with it is great.. We had the skirt steak and the crab cake for lunch.. We left full and unable to fill up any further on dessert.. this will be a monthly spot if not more often.. Thank you for the great first experience...
