Dr. Cho personally took his patients in for their appointments. He called to check in the evening of surgery. His nurses were caring understanding and like having your mom in the room. Having four wisdom teeth extracted wasn't as traumatic as was expected thanks to Dr cho and his nurses. Office staff was pleasant and knowledgeable about insurance and billing as well.
Dr. Chip was very efficient and has a kind, calming demeanor. The support staff, however, is where this practice really shines! Everyone seemed to be very upbeat and friendly; they were efficient and responsive to my needs. I came in a bit nervous but by the time I was ready and prepped for my procedure I felt calm and relaxed. That was primarily due to Dr Who's assistant. She was a joy. All-in-all a positive experience . No trauma here!!!

Dr. Alberto is amazing! I had an implant with bone grafting as well as all four wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Alberto. She is very gentle, kind, and strong for such a tiny woman! I was awake for all procedures and I am just absolutely amazed how gentle one could be while extracting a tooth half buried in the gum and roots the size of Texas 0_0.
I’ve always had a bit of fear going to any type of dentist/ oral surgeon due to a bad experience when I was younger. I got over that fear after my first procedure with Dr. Alberto. During every procedure, Dr. Alberto would stop, put her hand on my shoulder and ask me how I was doing and if I was ok.
She is such a pleasant woman and her staff is Friendly and kind, too. I would highly recommend Dr. Alberto!
