Excellent customer service. When I arrived to F.W. Webb Company's shop to pick up my new water softener an employee, Mike, realized that my car would not fit the water softener, so he then offered to bring it to my house in their truck (Thanks again!). Every employee was kind and knowledgeable on their products. I would recommend them to anyone.

I just had to take the time to say this place has everything you’ll need for your plumbing needs. After being referred there for some parts i needed for my fuel island at the airport I was greeted with smiles and helped immediately. When it became known they didn’t have the part i needed Mike went out of his way to research and order the part i needed. Once i left he noticed he could get the part cheaper from another vendor and he went out of his way to call me and order it saving me $60. I’ll definitely keep them in mind anytime i need anything in the future.
