(April 4, 2018, 10:25 pm)I was impressed with the experience from start to finish. I was greeted by Kelly who was kind and helped me get settled. The facilities were clean and peaceful. They recommend you come early to change into your robe and relax, and during this time I enjoyed some tea and yummy granola mix offered by the spa. I had an aromatherapy massage with Heather. Heather was lovely. I loved the warm towels used during the massage and the heated table. After the treatment, they set you up with a foot soak bath and offer you water/tea/granola. I didn't get the name of the lady who who assisted with the foot bath and beverages, but she was also so kind and on top of things. The locker room has a personal locker, showers with shampoo/conditioner/shower gel, bathroom, hairdryer and some personal care products for use if desired. I hope to come back for another wonderful experience and wished I lived closer!

Upon booking my wedding, Hanna the Spa Supervisor immediately contacted me with information on wedding day services provided by the spa. She scheduled my wedding day appointments with Vanessa, who was both my hair stylist and make-up artist. I couldn't have been happier! Vanessa picked a hair style that was elegant, sophisticated and absolutely beautiful and I received so many compliments about my hair that day! My make-up was flawless. She made me look stunning! I can't thank Vanessa, Hanna and Elements Spa enough and I highly recommend them! Kelly
