  The staff at the main campus Urgent Care (parking lot 5) are impressive. Extremely hard working, compassionate, and knowledgeable. They seem to be working understaffed at times, and with the lines of patients I've seen, I don't admire the job they do daily and patience and care they have to give some of these argumentative, impatient and rude patients. My visits - albeit they are a popular location and can get quite busy with multiple hr wait times - have all been under wonderful and attentive care. If you don't need/shouldn't be in the ER, it's a wonderful resource/UCC in the area. **Just come early if you can, close to closing they have less testing/time available for treatment and you might get sent out to the ER or if minor, asked to return in the AM. They do what they can. They are NOT 24hrs. A clean and reliable facility. On site lab and imaging. Parking on site can be tricky, like mall parking peak hrs! If you come through the front of Bensely, they have wheelchairs right there. At lot 5, you have to ask the front desk, but they are usually not allowed to help patients in. It is an ambulatory center- must be able to walk in or ask for wheelchair for your family/friend and bring them in yourself. Covid testing available, but insurance is charged as a UCC visit. No Medicaid taken.** Healthcare heroes! I know I personally have appreciated the caring team I've experienced there. My thanks & admiration. Be safe & well. Definitely recommended for appropriate injuries and illnesses.

  They are really good. I woke up on a weekend with pain in my ear and stuffiness in my ear. Went over there and was seen by a provider who told me I had ear wax. They took care of the ear wax in both my ears and I left feeling so much better. Also the was remove was not painful.
  
  Words can not describe how much better I felt after the wax was removed. It gave me my weekend back.

  I have no idea why they are getting the bad reviews. I did wait for about 40 minutes. However, I know I would have waited an hour and 40, at least, in a conventional hospital. No one was ever rude to me. In fact, I got medicine to deal with the pain of my two broken ribs before they even came in to tell me that's what they saw in the x-ray. Hey, remember, it's Covid. Everyone is short staffed so patience is required.

  I want to thank Becky at Summit Urgent Care for the wonderful patient concierge service she provided, when I needed help with paperwork from my visit. She listened to my request, streamlined the process and made sure I was satisfied with the paperwork provided. Becky is the model for how all the staff should be trained in treating all patients, with compassion, kindness and respect!
