He was able to help us figure out what cartridge filter we should use and new ones we could possibly try. You could tell he was busy but he still took the time to acknowledge us while we waited, find us again to help us and still go around to actively help others after he finished with us.

(January 29, 2020, 2:19 pm)Originally I had no plan to shop there but I noticed the store when I walked out the gym in the same mall. Unfortunately I had not brought my wallet, but management was kind enough to ask what sort of phone I had to see if I can pay with my electronic device. She was patient with me and helped me get setup to use it at their register. She was also very kind, amiable, and extremely knowledgeable. I believe its rare to get that sort of treatment these days from most places, at least to the extent that she took it to. Outside of that I loved how big the store was and the variety of goods available at the location. I don't typically do reviews but it really was an amazing experience and definitely deserves the recognition!
