Very professional, booked unit over the weekend. The website is easy to use and understand. Took me all of 4-5mins to get a unit. I expected the office to be closed or have modified hours on the weekend. I got the unit Sunday. As the policy says there is a lock in the unit when you arrive. I didn't have one in mine and there is a charge for the lock, also considered no one would be in office to put it there. Early Monday the manager called me before I had time to even think about it further, apologized for the inconvenience because they seen I went out and bought one. Gave me a credit on my account and walked me through instruction on how to use the new lock. I'm happy. So far so good.

I reserved my unit online and was immediately contacted by Ashley--she was very thorough, empathetic, and positive while discussing my next steps and taking down my information. Within a matter of minutes, I was set to sign contracts and had secured my unit. As soon as contracts were signed, I was immediately given all of the information I needed. The process was expedient and comfortable!

Really clean, really easy to reserve online and really great customer service. Needed to store my stuff because I moved away for 6 months and they were really easy and had great rates. Would def recommend to a friend.

Rented a space for a couple of months while my house was showing (moving out some clutter to make the closets look bigger). Very positive experience; clean, well lit, friendly staff. Parking lot was great for loading/ unloading (lots of space). Facility provided rolling carts to move my boxes — very nice perk that helped all go smoothly. Definitely would recommend/use again.

So far it’s been great. Easy access to our units, clean inside, and helpful staff. We thought we would be able to get all of our belongings in one unit. I was overly optimistic. We had to rent another small unit. The manager Ben helped us find a unit really close to the other one and not all the way across the property. So thank you.
