  Cesar went above and beyond with my first tattoo experience. I decided to get a pretty huge tattoo for my first and he did an excellent job making me feel at home ! We talked and laughed and time flew by and I wasn't nervous anymore. I decided on a Marvel tattoo and picked Carnage on my arm. The details and care he puts into his work is unbelievable. He doesn't just do one style he is an experienced veteran who handles many styles well! Will be getting work from him from now on! Thanks Cesar! Wish I could give more then 5 stars.

  Wife wanted a simple tattoo, her 1st, and I a matching one. Cesar was nice enough to consult with us on short notice. Cesar's gracious and welcoming demeanor made us feel at ease and we subsequently had the tattoos done by him. His professionalism and kindness along with his soft touch with the needle made for a great first tattoo experience for the wifey, and me too, lol.
  Wife and I could not be happier with the results, and I look forward to seeing Cesar again for my next tattoo. I highly recommend Cesar, a chill dude, who's meticulous, has a clean shop, reasonable prices and a soft touch.

  Julio is a great tattoo artist very personable, professional and engaging, important qualities someone in the customer service business should possess. I scheduled my appointment for 6 pm, got there 5 minutes before and I was the only one there, now that's what I call being professional. The tattoo took about an hour but felt like half the time. I felt so relax and comfortable that I forgot I was getting a tattoo on my foot and for anyone who has a tattoo on your foot, you know it can be some what painful. I definitely recommend VICTORIAN INK in ELIZABETH NJ for your next tattoo. Price is great, the owner/artist is great and you'll get your monies worth.

  I brought my son into the shop for his first tattoo. I was very pleased with experience, as he also was. The very special tattoo came out beautiful. I would recommend Caesar to those looking for a great artist for a first tattoo.

  Approximately 2 weeks ago the talented and personable artist, J. Cesar Arroyo, completed my latest and most beautiful tattoo. Cesar has a steady and gentle hand and is not afraid of thin lines. His experience is evidenced by the confidence, ease and precision with which he plies his craft. As noted in other reviews, he is adept at working with the idea of the client while sharing suggestions and implementing them to ensure the most aesthetically pleasing end result. In addition, Cesar stands by his work in order to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend him and look forward to working with him again when it comes time for my next tattoo.
