Well in response to the couple who had a bad experience. The ring they purchased was 10 karat gold and was stated as that in the certificate. 10 karat is 41.7 % pure gold which means other alloys are mixed into the ring. And thats difficult explaining to someone whos having unusual issues and is already a little hostile. The reaction on the finger was an allergic reaction to the particular alloys. The chain i replaced for them was not properly tested by the other jewelry store, they used a magnet to test it and most likley the clasp of the chain was what got attracted to the magnet. Thus making them come back even more hostile. At the end there was a refund issued to the unhappy customer. I value and cherish my clients and take my job with care. But dont get it twisted i am fair but at the end i do come first not the harrasing uneducated customer.
