Fanwood Fitness was very responsive to my requests and was very accommodating even when I needed to switch days and times. Fanwood Fitness is a great facility and very convenient for my workout needs. I am able to work on my goals and Fanwood Fitness works hard to help me reach my goals of fitness.

It provided the accountabiiity that I needed to stay in track with my fitness program. I am a very busy person and this place put me on the right track.

I like the fact that it was one on one private training and a quiet inviting atmosphere. The structure and organization of the personal training program was of high of high value in my personal opinion. I also like the accountability of the program and the direction they give. I would highly recommend this place when looking for personal trainers in the westfield or scotch plains are.

I hadn’t done weight training in almost 30 years, but the trainer understood my situation and has been providing training tailored to my age (52) and needs. He has been able to motivate me without overwhelming me and has encouraged me to keep this up. Highly recommend
