Amazing facility. The most caring staff and the warmth of home. Really good food and activities, my Mom was so happy here.

Recently in July, we had to have my 97 mother at this facility due to multiple fractures in her hip. My husband and I were very skeptical of putting my mother in any rehab center at all. Ultimately we had to resolve to the idea. And we are so grateful that we did. In just 5 weeks, mother came home - walking again. The Physical and Occupational therapists at Pro Medica, Mountainside, are exceptional and the care, and attention they provided, is beyond remarkable. To name a few Jessica (Director of Rehab), Avni, Christie, Diane, Cathy.
The nurses, and the aides were equally good and caring. To name a few Farouk & Diana.
The admin staff, (Matt, Jovanna, Mary) was most informative and accommodating in our various needs due to language issues as well.
We are thankful to ProMedica for all that they have done for my mother.

My father recently stayed at ProMedica in Mountainside for rehabilitation from Covid. I was really impressed with the level of care that he received. The staff is caring and made sure he was comfortable and all his needs were addressed. I spoke to the Director of Rehabilitation Jessica Keleher in regards to my fathers care and she was very caring, compassionate and did an amazing job helping my father get back home and back to work. It’s important to have people that actually care about your loved ones , and I was very impressed how the staff and Director of rehab went out of their way to make sure my Father was taken care of. I would definitely recommend Manor Care for anyone who is in need.

I was recently discharged from here after being patient there for about 3 weeks. I was there for weakness in my left leg and foot after major surgery. The occupational and physical therapy were excellent. My occupational therapist Diana Chen Wong went above and beyond the expected. She was excellent and trained me to be able to care for myself at home. My physical therapist Nupur was also excellent I went from barely being able to get out of bed and taking a few steps to climbing a flight of ten stairs. Both therapist gave exercises to do on my own to strength my arms and legs that I now still do at home. The nursing staff was good and so were the nursing assistants. All of them were very helpful in teaching me how to care for my wounds at home. The only downside of this was the food. The food there was horrible.I would not even feed to my dog.I ordered beef burgundy for dinner and I got a Steak Um with gravy on it. The toast was soggy and so were waffles. Most of the time you never got what you ordered They just substituted with whatever they felt like. I lost 20lbs in 3 weeks while staying
