My name is Xavier from the Bronx. I wanted to give this testimony for Eli and and Arch Angels NYC. Like many other guys out there I started losing my hair at a very young age which made me look a lot older than I was. I tried everything on the market from lotions to medicine and even tried a popular “hair system” that didn’t work at all for me because I sweat a lot as I work outdoors year around in the construction field. The “hair system” although looked good when first applied would come loose and start to separate from the scalp! Horrible experience! I was more self-conscious about it than the hair loss itself.
I started searching for other alternatives online back in 2018 I had found the solution I was looking for as I always kept my hair cut short and even started shaving my head. I went to Arch Angels and had the pleasure of having Eli do my procedure. He made me feel right at home and there was no pain at all.
The final product was more than I could have hoped for and when I returned home people didn’t even know I had anything done. They would say you look younger and with a full head of hair why do you shave your head? It was fantastic!
Fast forward few months later and it still looks great and I’m even going back to Eli to have the back of my head done where I have lost more hair.
If you are considering have this done I would highly recommend Eli and Arch Angels as he is truly the best in the business!

I had a great experience at Arch Angels. The atmosphere and service were great. The studio is clean. The staff made me feel comfortable by explaining every step of the process and the aftercare. Andrea was kind and caring when mapping out my eye brows. She made sure I was happy with the final drawing before Daly proceeded with the feather brow procedure. So far I am very happy with my results and I’m looking forward to the final touch up.

Starting with the most beautiful place to the awesome welcome....I am so pleased with my look. Not only I loved it, but I’m loving even more the compliments from people who know me. They look amazing and I’m so happy. Master artist Charity is not only gorgeous but so professional. Made me feel very comfortable. She made the process seamlessly not painful and gave me great after care tips and detail instructions. Such a sweetheart. I ABSOLUTELY love my brows and I highly recommend!!!!!

Yesterday I had the privilege to be serviced by Andrea. She was amazing!!!! Her customer service skills are superb. She has great hands, very precise, super humble and kept checking in with me. I appreciated her checking with me for everything right down to the music. Overall, the owner is amazing and offers great customer service, the place is very clean. I will refer all my friends to this business.
