  Love it, spacious, friendly people, quiet and no one complains. It's perfect for the price and the community it's in. Diverse community and a great school system.

  My husband and I just renewed our lease with Country Club Village and have enjoyed living in this space. Yes, there are some issues but the maintenance staff does address these issues in a timely manner. One of the issues being that it seems to be drafty. The windows were the originals when this complex was built in the late 70's, however, up until two days ago those windows have been replaced with new and more energy-efficient windows. I could not have been more pleased with the process. It took only two hours for the team to remove, install our new windows and clean up debris. Although noise was never an issue, it has become more quiet and cozy. The next day a maintenance worker came to spackle and check on the windows to make sure they functioned properly. Then today, the maintenance worker came back to paint and was pleasantly surprised to see he had installed my shades for my den and bedroom. He went over and beyond what was required and I really appreciated it. One less thing on my husband's to-do list. The ladies in the leasing office are pleasant and very helpful. Gary, James, Alvin and the rest of the maintenance crew work very hard to maintain these properties.
