Staff is super friendly and efficient.
The storefront is small, so be prepared to queue up outside to wait your turn. Very worth the wait.
They have some of the typical accoutrements for the bagels, (eggs, cheese, lox, cream cheese.
The only thing they don't have are breakfast meats (bacon, porkroll, sausage, etc), otherwise would have given 5 stars -
