  This is my first experience living in an apartment complex. I have been here 2.5 years and enjoy the outstanding staff, especially Ms Lindsay Lawson. I am sure she will go far with her superior people skills.

  I love when I’m home or away I can sign in to check my account, make a payment or make a maintenance request and their response is always quick and on time.
  
  I want to say the guys who work in Maintenance are a great team of men. They are very professional, friendly and very accommodating. My husband and I don’t to hire out and pay an extra cost to strangers. It’s the same guys every time. Thank you so much Avalon

  The maintenance staff is outstanding. Angel and Hiram are very professional and work orders are always completed promptly.

  Pet friendly and great amenities. Service requests done in a timely manner. I have worked with Lindsay the service supervisor, Denise the community consultant and Angel the service technician and they have all been very friendly and informative and have addressed all my questions and concerns to my satisfaction.

  Denise was the best throughout the touring/sales process! She was incredibly responsive to all of my inquiries and extremely friendly. Having seen 6+ apartments in a single day, it was quite a treat to have such a welcoming person to show us around the community and really played a huge factor in our decision making process.
  
  The community itself is excellently maintained and very presentable. Additionally, it is an easy stroll to the center of town (~1 mi) where there is a variety of dining and shopping options. It is a bit further (~4 mi) to get to the Route 22 corridor, but everything you could want is available there. Everyone I have met thus far has been extremely friendly and welcoming to the community.
  
  I know when I was looking at apartment, transit to the city was an important factor to me. To be clear, it is VERY easy to get to NYC from Avalon Union. There is a township sponsored shuttle that runs to and from the Union NJ Transit station in the morning and evening and there is a designated stop at the Avalon Union community. One could not ask for better convenience.
  
  Overall, I could not be more satisfied with my family's decision to move into the Avalon Union thus far!
