Curly girl with a lifetime of terrible hair cuts! Finally found a place back in 2017 that was all the way in Bergen County that was decent (at best). I live in Cranford and after a lot of thought, decided to give this place a try since I was so exhausted from driving so far for my hair. My husband knows that trips to the salon result in me being cranky for a few days because I am literally never happy, but today was different! Patricia was so great. The salon vibe is amazing and she made our time together so fun. She knew how nervous I was and really made me feel so comfy the whole time, not to mention she knows what she’s doing! I got a cut and color and both were exactly what I was looking for. I’m so happy I gave this place a whirl, definitely coming back! Patricia is a must for curly girls.

Patricia is a very passionate and a kind artist. She takes the time to not only prepare for your appointment, but gives you a lot of space to be creative as well. Service during my experience in cutting curly hair was very good, efficient and fun! The saloon itself is very bright and welcoming. If you are a curly person, this is a great place to do your hair!!

Patricia Perry is the best place in town, hands down, to get your hair done. I’ve entrusted my hair- cuts, root color, highlights, keratin, updos - to Patricia for years. She is extremely skilled. But what keeps me coming back on a monthly basis is not just the fact that she makes my hair look fabulous. When I go to her salon, I am welcomed like a longtime friend by her and all her staff. They ask about my family, listen to me vent, laugh at my stories, and provide me with juice/tea/water and even phone chargers. It is a relaxing experience that I really look forward to. Other salons in town will pack their clients in like sardines where you feel like a number and come out with a headache. Patricia makes my hair look so great that even the most critical relatives compliment my hair over the holidays, colleagues can tell I look polished even over zoom calls, and I can always look confident and refreshed in my annual family portrait. I always emerge from the salon feeling like a new me. Thanks Patricia and everyone at the salon!

I had a curly haircut with Jen and she is fantastic. Listening to my concerns and doing exactly what I wanted. Before the visit we had a FaceTime discussion and I also sent pics of my hair and what I want ideally. I think this is very smart because curly hair cut and styling is a lengthy complicated process different for everybody, I like that the stylist is prepared for the visit and doesn’t have to improvise on a spot. Will be back in 6 months for a refresher!

Love this Salon!! Patricia and Jen are so dedicated to getting to know you and your personal curl journey. The intake form and zoom consult was so helpful to determine what help I needed. The curl coaching by Jen while she cut my hair was so helpful and has been easy to implement- she made it less daunting. The haircut is fabulous and I did color for the first time and Jen nailed it. So very happy with my experiences here!
