Customer-friendly, professional, experienced staff follows in their leader's cadence in all they do. On-boarding was a breeze and very clearly explained. Proactive with inquiries for information and when I had a claim, they genuinely felt concern for my home and family. They even called (Thank you, Mary!) and wrote a letter to ensure I was getting the right attention and to ensure the claim was moving forward to my satisfaction. Previously with Progressive for 7+ years. I decided to make a change. I had no idea of the value of having a local person and team to speak with about anything insurance-related would be.
