It was time to change our window coverings in the great room and our Master bedroom.

Our whole-house installation was just completed today, and I want to rave about my experience with the staff, process, and Hunter-Douglas products from I'm The Blind Lady! From my first trip to the showroom to look at the wide variety of options to the home consultation with Bonnie to scheduling and communication and finally to having the installation team in our home, everything went according to plan and as promised. I felt valued, listened to, and helped by everyone. This company is by far the best I have worked with in a very long time. Everything exceeded my expectations.

The Blind Lady was straight forward with their pricing. Bonnie was a pleasure to work with and their installation team was quick and efficient.

The shop was great and we made an appointment for a consultation. We picked out our blinds and they are worth the wait to get them. The installation was quick, clean and professional. I am so very lucky to have found I'm the Blind Lady. After a wonderful first visit, beautiful Hunter Douglas blinds are now installed. They are they perfect color, allow just the right amount of light and let in and provide privacy and insulation. Bonnie is also helping with shortening custom draperies that I brought from my last home. Bonnie has many years experience as an interior designer and has wonderful ideas. I have also worked with Karen who is excellent at communicating and coordinating. Finally the blind installation team did a professional and neat job. They also took time to show me how to use the blinds. I am thrilled with all of their services. You can't go wrong if you hire them!
