La Mesa RV Center Albuquerque

Just purchased a new travel trailer from La Mesa. The entire team is amazing. this is the third RV I've bought from a dealership and have never has the amazing experience I had at La Mesa. Beginning with Ty Tanner from sales. He was patient and spent the afternoon helping me find the right trailer for my needs. Paul Belsher in Finance is absolutely amazing. He took extra time to make sure I understood the mountain of paperwork involved. He worked hard to make sure I got financed at the best interest rate possible. A lot of people just "do their job", but Paul knows his job and goes above and beyond with financing. A real asset when things "get real." Upon pick up of the RV Martin Hansen and trainee Dominic Gonzales spent well over an hour going over every part of the trailer in detail. They both went the extra mile to make sure I understood everything before I left. Martin definitely knows his products and Dominic is learning from a knowledgeable guy. Both have excellent customer service skills. I haven't had an opportunity to work with the service team yet, but if they are as amazing as everyone else I'm not worried. I definitely recommend purchasing from La Mesa in Albuquerque for a great deal and even better customer experience. These guys add value to the sale.

After working with several other RV dealers in the Albuquerque area, I've found La Mesa's service department to be exceptional. In particular, my Service Advisor, Monte Wright, is outstanding: thorough, professional, conscientious, and patient. He always explains the repair and cost and makes sure every job is done right (no pun intended). Not necessarily the least expensive, but you get what you pay for, including peace of mind.

Awesome customer service !!! Thanks to Ian we were able to get in and out in a matter of no time! We are 1st timers and he saved our trip honestly! He was very knowledgeable, honest, and effective. Our water pump went out he showed us the issue and gave us advice going forward . Thank you La Mesa and Ian. Wish this company nothing but the best!

Several weeks after we bought our new Winnebago Micro Minnie trailer the heater quit working. I was concerned about taking it in as I had read about other people’s experience of having to wait for extended periods of time for repairs or warranty work. I finally called La Mesa RV in Albuquerque and they were able to schedule a drop off time within a few days. Dropping off the trailer was easy as they have lanes right outside the main building with the service desk right inside. The check in process was quick and safe with the front desk following our state mandated COVID protocols. My service rep Carla was knowledgeable, friendly and walked out to have me explain the problem. She filled out the paperwork saying they should be able to diagnose the problem within a few days but also let m know up front that there could be a service charge if the problem was not covered under warranty. She called me a couple of days later and said they found that the heater blower motor was bad and that they would have to order the parts which could take as long as 10 days. I received a call 5 or 6 days later asking me when I’d like to schedule a time to pick up my camper. The next day I arrived with my trailer sitting out front, all the work covered by the Winnebago warranty. A few minutes later I hooked it up and was on my way home. I thought the service department’s method of scheduling time slots made the process move quickly and safely. Later I was also contacted by La Mesa service representatives to ask about my experience. I would definitely use them again for repair or warranty work.

We have been highly impressed with the customer service at La Mesa RV. John was amazing to deal with and helped us find exactly what we wanted. And Marla and Paul made the finance process easy. Strongly recommend using them for your RV needs. Absolutely great customer service.
