After having issues with my safe, Mark and the rest of the team were very friendly and patient. He made efforts to come out quickly and took the time to explain things to me which he definitely didn't have to do. Please take into account all the great reviews for Heights Key Lock and Safe (same company) while the google ratings for Heights Security catch up and weed out the couple of 1-star reviews which I don't believe are accurate.

We had heights install a security system and camera system in our new building. Their pricing was competitive and the installation was done on time and on budget. When we have had small issues arise since the installation they have been quick to respond and get things corrected. Overall a great experience!
