I am a new “Sprinkler/Soaker System” owner. I contacted a Just Sprinklers on the recommendation of the local hardware store. Within 5 minutes of my phone contact the coordinator had found the prior owners account on my property, established an understanding of my information and service requirements and had scheduled an Estimator appointment and laid out a potential series of events. I have to say that of all the positive experiences I had, the professionalism of the women at the end of the phone was exceptional.
(I am embarrassed that I have misplaced their names.)
In a time of extreme challenges for the world and our localities, the level of communications between Just Sprinklers and me was always professional, pleasant and considerate. (Again, please forgive me for loosing my notes with your names.)
SERVICES OVER AND ABOVE EXPECTATIONS
From Ed the Estimator, to John and Tyler the Spring ‘cleaning and review team’, to Fred and Nicholas - masters at installing an updated sprinkler configuration — — I learned a great deal, enjoyed working through my learning curve with them, was inspired by Fred’s attention to details in digging-up and retrenching for my sprinklers and then working with Nicholas to fine tune all components and patiently teaching me how to use my new automated control system.
BIGGEST SURPRISE
The only evidence that so much happened here is that the lawn and plants are are healthy and greening. Not only were the deep sprinkler trenches re-filled .... The SOD was repositioned so I can’t tell it was ever dug up.

I am a very tough customer but they were very friendly and able to answer all my questions. I extremely highly recommend their service and products. They were able to fix and repair the problems caused by another company. Again Javier was way beyond helpful with everything, even after I constantly bombarded him with questions. Very grateful!!!
