Valley Apartments

New Managers helped with anything I needed, and they recently repainted and all new landscaping. Best part about this complex is the location and people!

Lived in 4 different apartments throughout Albuquerque over the last 4 years and this one is my favorite, going to stay here for the foreseeable future. Hard to find a better on site management staff than this community has, very clean

Cool complex with lots of younger professionals that work from home and keep to themselves like me. have even met a few friends here and we play frisbee-golf once a week in the park nearby. A+ customer service from the new management company, thanks for always being available and so friendly!

Just rented a 3 bedroom here, asked to tour and same afternoon the agent called me back and let me kids check out the unit. Super friendly staff, inside of unit is really clean, and neighbors are friendly. I personally love how close we are to Old Towne, I ride my bikes there with my kids every friday evening now at sunset :)
