The window staff have always been friendly, when there has been an issue or a procedure they're not familiar with, it has been escalated appropriately to the appropriate person (Shawn who seems to be a really key dude there.) No one is perfect, people have bad days, but overall I'm very happy, the service, the location. Keep up the good work.
I'm surprised by the incredibly low 2-star rating I see at the time I write this. It looks to be for this location, and not the USPS overall.
I go at least two or three times a month to this location to ship something (usually 2-day priority), and while I've never had an "outstanding" customer experience, I've also not had a truly bad one either. Sure, sometimes they're a bit frowny-faced (usually, but not exclusively, the men), but more often they are either blank-faced or indeed friendly and smiley.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Ultimately, we're all just people. You don't know what somebody's going through, or has been through before making contact with them. As long as they do what we need them to do, then I think we can count ourselves lucky to have such an efficient service.
That said, I have serious complaints (and have made them to the proper authorities) regarding a particular carrier at the destination location where I send my packages (a southern NM city 150 mi away). At this point, I don't know the outcome.
