Outstanding option for some family fun. We have visited 3 times now and have zero complaints. Staff are always busy helping their guests or cleaning. Truly fun for all ages, my wife and I have just as much fun as my 6 year old. Tons of options for things to do. Great food . This is a must visit if you have kids and want something fun that isn’t going to require a loan to do.
Never being here before, we booked our 4 year olds party here based off a friend recommendation. So so so glad we did! The staff was so polite and helpful! They told us they were here to make our life easier and boy, did they! The park as a whole is fantastic, fun and SO CLEAN! There aren't huge kids knocking little ones over and overwhelming crowds. The play structure is big enough for adults to run through too with their kids. The games area was also clean and fun for my younger kids! They even provided a knife and lighter for the cake. The little details matter! My husband spoke a man who he thought he as a manager to tell him how impressed we were with the whole experience, ends up he was actually the owner! He was on the floor and overseeing everything. Great leadership.
We will definitely be back and recommend this place to everyone!
Came for a birthday party for sons friend. Fun play areas for every age. Small arcade in the corner and a nice snack bar that isn’t overtly priced. Will definitely be coming for our own birthday party. Heads up is you can purchase tickets and fill out the waivers online to help streamline the system.
My kids really enjoyed the variety of obstacles, trampolines, slides, and climbing structures. They played for 2 hours and it was almost enough time for them. This play space is not the largest indoor play area, but I liked that because I could keep an eye on my kids almost the entire time they played. I love the little corner for children 2 to 4 years of age where older kids are not allowed, and that is enforced by the employees. You get socks with your tickets, so no need to bring your own or buy them. We signed a waiver for everybody before we arrived online, which gave our kids extra time to play. There is a cafe with some food and beverage choices, you must purchase something to eat or drink to sit at the cafe tables. There was a birthday party going on during our visit, and it looked super fun. Lots of tables in a separate area for birthday parties. The only negative thing I can say about Jungle Jam is that the music was incredibly loud making it nearly impossible for me to have a conversation at the table.
They hosted my son's 7th birthday party and did great. Prices are very reasonable, and for what you get? It's my family's go-to. How can you beat a three level large play space, trampoline park, and arcade in one spot? You can't. If you haven't been here, you must try it!
