Recently a resident was transferring from Ladera Center to the assisted living community where I am the Director of Health Services. I had the pleasure of working with Kevin Powers on the transition of the resident. It was an incredibly smooth transfer for her, and for me. All thanks to Kevin! He was very helpful and I can't thank him enough!!

I’ve been working at Ladera for a year now! Just like anyplace there will be bad days but on those bad days we have a supportive crew and teamwork! The DON is so supportive! She has brought me up and I cannot thank her enough! Meeting all the staff here has been the biggest pleasure but most importantly getting to know the residents and their family is absolutely amazing and life changing !!

This building has got to have the hardest working staff I have had the pleasure of knowing. Even when they are short staffed every patient is well Cared for and it shows in there faces. They treat all their residents like they are family. Getting to know each patient and their family members by name. If you want great care for your loved ones take them there.
