(Please promote her!) She was friendly, funny, thoughtful, and so patient - she went overboard to find me the best car I could have considering the altitude and hilly conditions of New Mexico. She gave me suggestions of places to go as well. A great experience.

(March 5, 2023, 11:29 pm)Easy pickup, nice upgrade (heated steering wheel and AWD) and easy driving. Vehicle was a little dusty/dirty on pick up but full tank of gas and good gas mileage. Would definitely rent from Payless again. Great value for price (week long rental)!
