Best experience I’ve ever had when buying a new phone!

I walked in and was instantly greeted by Matt, he had all the answers to all my questions.

I ended up switching from a different carrier and scoring my first IPhone with free accessories for a fraction of what I thought I’d be paying.

Id recommend this location and boost mobile to anyone shopping for a new phone.

Be careful not to pass this Boost Mobile store up - as I have done so many times even knowing where it is located. It doesn't exactly "stand out from the crowd" the way their phone and customer service does. The store is attached to a donut shop, if that helps you locate it.

There's only one person working this store and she needs to take regular breaks just the way any one of us would expect to and need, especially when working as a customer service representative. I am ashamed to say I don't remember her name but the CSR who helped me one day was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and provided the excellent customer service one would expect to get from Boost.

MIRIAM gives a prime example of what customer service should be like, if you are a Boost Mobile customer give this store a visit, she was and always is very friendly and out going no matter what other circumstances she is having to deal with. Thank you Miriam for such great service and for working and making this Boost mobile the only one I will ever use..
