Armada Hospice

I can’t thank the Armada Team enough for all they did for my dad. Their knowledge, support and caring attitude are beyond words. All of dad’s needs were met and he was kept comfortable when the time came. Thank you again Armada ! I will always be grateful!

I have only one thing that I have issue with when it comes to the care of Armada Hospice. The night before my son died, he asked for me. The nurse on duty refused to get me. I finally heard him. When I got there he had been crying. I asked the nurse why, she didn’t respond. I was able to speak to my boy and try to ease him.
Realene, Loretta and Brandy were exceptional. I truly appreciate these three ladies. The grief therapist was inappropriate and the pastor made comments about things that were to be held in confidence.
I explained once that I couldn’t respond to their survey because it was too soon after the death of my son to give a fair assessment. They never attempted to call me again.

I’ve had the pleasure of working for other competitors in Albuquerque and Armada has proven to be the best. Armada cares for the patient, their needs and the families far before the bottom line. If it’s a need for our families, Armada will find a way to make it happen. We have the top nurses, aides, social workers and chaplains in the state. Armada isn’t just a place to work, it’s a family.

I want to express my gratitude and appreciation for Armada hospice. My mom is a patient under the care of the medical and support team in the hospice program. Before I run out of something, it’s already being delivered. The knowledgeable nursing staff identifies issues immediately and finds new ways to keep my mother comfortable. My whole family is cared for by this outstanding team. Even my dogs get love when the staff come to care for my mom! Our aides Erica and Deborah are exceptional! These ladies are treasures! Our nurse Buffy is diligent, professional, caring and organized. If my mom needs something, Buffy goes above and beyond to make it happen. This team is incredible and I’d recommend Armada to everyone I know and love! Thank you Armada 🙏
