Did a quick hiking trip with grandkids. Very friendly rangers and easy trail. Well kept.
Pretty cool hike with some neat history. I was underwhelmed when I arrived at the springs, then realized there were more trails with a bunch of ruins. I’ll have to come back and explore again.
Awsome hike to the dripping springs!
The pictures don’t make justice of the beauty of this place. Don’t do the trail just because of the springs, but for the spectacular views of the mountains algong the way! Trail is 1.5 miles (3 miles round trip) and can be done in 1-1.5 hour by people in good condition. It is a bit steep pebbely path but well maintained. There are several seats along the path with some shade too. Near the springs there is a restroom.
Nice short trek with a wide gravel path making the hike accessible for a variety of people looking to enjoy Mother Nature.
They have some picnic tables along the path to enjoy a break.
Easy to walk trails along stunning views of the Organ mountains. You can choose 2.5 mile up to 5.3 mile hikes. If you are lucky, as we were, you may see the springs indeed dripping and a roadrunner crossing your path.
