Been stoping by this shop for minute, time for a review: first staff is helpful, and clean always. Happy hours price is great if ur looking for a bargain but this spot is fairly priced compared to other is in area

Friendly staff. Kinda unimpressed with the inside store layout. Very cute cashier. Nice happy hour special.

The staff there is always so polite, professional and personal. If they run out of a certain product they always recommend something else in its place that works just as well. They make some pretty awesome recommendations if you tell them exactly how you feel and how you want to feel.

The customer service has been exceptional since this location has opened here in Rio Rancho. While other dispensaries have taken advantage of the current situation (quarantine) Price fluctuation etc.. NRX has been consistent. Questions I’ve had about products or inventory have always been patiently elaborated in a well articulated manner. Each and every member of staff has given me a great Sense of community along with great attention to detail year after year. They remember your name and preferences after just a couple visits. If you’re new to RR and looking for a dispensary to support this is the one I would highly recommend.
